Have you ever felt you are always alone? have you encountered loneliness most of the time and trapped to negativity and darkness? well its better to be aware being not ok in order to prevent bad things that might happen, and to immediately escape from it. 

Mental health awareness needs to be prioritized especially this time of pandemic. Mental health may not always visible on the outside, it doesn’t mean someone isn’t hurting on the inside so it’s time for us to change how we think and speak about mental illness.


The “MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS: Coping with stress and caring for mental health” Facebook page advocate for raising awareness about mental health issues. For a limited period of time, the organization will post various infographics, pictures, videos, and other kind of content, to give people information about how we should prioritized mental health issues nowadays and how it can be treated or how people should be aware of having mental disorder, to awaken everyone that stress and depression is not a joke. The Facebook page had a big impact to people who uses social media as the day passed and we will continue to upload various contents. It will also act as a link to bring people together, to interact with people, and to share information about the advocacy for the betterment of individuals and society as whole. The owner is in charge of the Organization. 

This campaign aims to give people information about mental health issues and how to deal with it. This campaign also aims to prioritize mental health issues especially this time of pandemic, aims to raise awareness for people to understand how important to know this kind of matter. 

Importance:

Importance of self-awareness in terms of mental health:
·         Being self-aware, decisions might feel easier to make. 
·         Being aware can be an advantage to understand our self. 
·         Mental illness can be prevented immediately.
·         Helps to discover a lot of hidden things such talents. 
·         Self-awareness can be a way of monitoring and reducing anxiety.

 

Importance of Mental health awareness to your family: 
·        If your family are aware about your condition they will understand you and it                may be easy for them to interact with you.

 


Importance of Mental health awareness to community: 
·        If the community are aware about it, everyone can encourage others to                          participate to some advocacies. 
·        It can be a way to build an organization about mental health awareness.
