My Understanding of Multimedia

These are the types of multimedia and its' example:
a. Text and Graphics
- The example for this are; comics; PowerPoint Presentation (PPT); and posters.

- We are listening to these sometimes - it's music and radio stations.

- The Film "Shaun The sheep" is an example of a classic stop motion animation style, and of course "Anime" is also an example of animation.

How do I use Multimedia?
I used Multimedia everyday to entertain my self like watching K-Dramas, watching on television, scrolling on Facebook, sharing memes and moments sometimes, watching video tutorials on how to play guitar and ukulele, watching live streams, watching and at the same time listening to some music videos, reading comics on webtoon app and the like. I am also using multimedia for making a presentation, making a research, attending online classes, ordering to online shop, and also we used multimedia to interact with other people.
What are the significant of using Multimedia?
The significant of multimedia is it has a big contribution for;
1. Business. Making business proposal or presentation, and advertising products or services.
2. Education. For online classes, for making and presenting PowerPoint Presentation (PPT), making documents and the like.
3. Mass Media Communication. Listening to radio and watching news on television helps us to be aware about the latest news about latest happening and to be aware if there is a typhoon in order for us to be prepared.
4. Advertising and promoting advocacy such political advocacy. It is important nowadays especially for politicians who file their candidacy for the 2022 election.
5. Entertainment. In terms of entertainment the significant of using multimedia; it helps develop a more interactive games and social platforms. With the used of multimedia, games and most of social media apps becomes more fascinating and more entertaining like in the games Minecraft and Mobile Legend. Multimedia is also used in TikTok- one of the most popular entertainment app in the world.
6. Science and technology. Multimedia is important in terms of science and technology to present the experiments of the scientist, for modelling a machines and technologies, in making cellphone and other gadgets and how it will going to function, and what design it will going to be.
